The best tacos you will ever have. Our group of 6 all ordered something different. All 100% worth it. The orginal tacos and fish tacos are fantastic. It is a must while in town.

........"If you have had a single drink at any other place we can not serve you. This is our written policy". By the manager Tyler. One of the worst experiences and treatment by staff that I have had. We came in with a large group that all of us were a part of the bridal party at a wedding. One of the women in our group wanted everyone to go to Joyride cause she had great tacos the night before. She has a big personality and is louder than the average person. Yet, she had just put her two sons to bed and hadn't had anything to drink. She was looking forward to having some at joyride. The tall blonde girl bartender, that wouldn't provide her name, made an assessment of our entire group that we were belligerently drunk. The manager told us his written policy that they can not serve any individual, that had a single drink anywhere else, any more alcohol. I had him tell me that was his exact policy and the policy of all the restaurants owned by the company. I asked for upper managements information so I could lodge a complaint and we left. Not only did he give me information that was incorrect, Tyler called the restaurant next door to tell them not to let our "belligerently" drunk group in. Postinos was the restaurant. Well, after a very short conversation, the wonderful staff made a table for our group of 15. Postinos is owned by the same company. So they would have the same policy. The policy that doesn't exist. We had dinner and drinks at postinos for 15 people. Which is not a small tab. Having worked in the service industry I know how hard customers who are drunk can be. This was not the case. It's really upsetting that we were treated terribly by the entire staff at joyride. Tyler, the manager was incredibly unprofessional and lied to us. The tall blonde girl bartender chirped at us many times and was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

We have been to this place several times. We always look forward to coming back. I am not sure we will go back. Everything was off yesterday. The salsa did not taste right. The chips were broken and stale. I had the specialty pork tacos, and a shrimp taco. Neither tasted like it traditionally does. My husband had Carne Asada tacos. He agreed that the taste was way off. The only thing that was consistent was the beer. The service was good. Although the service was slow in the beginning. It is very difficult to identify who is working there as they do not wear a uniform or any name tags. Very disappointing.

We’ve been to Joyride about 6 times. Each time the margaritas and tacos are good. The tacos are very fresh tasting. We usually go on Taco Tuesday as margaritas are $6 and tacos $2.50. Our server was very attentive. Chips and salsa came immediately and our food came quickly. We enjoy the casual atmosphere. We’ll go back!

Something has changed & not for the good!! My husband met his daughter for dinner & brought home take out for me. I ordered my usual 3 veggie tacos & something has definitely changed at first I thought there was meat in them & am still not convinced there wasn't meat in them!! This used to be my favorite place but after last nite will never give them another dime!! Huge disappointment huge!!!

I've been here several times with friends. Not my first choice. Drinks are fine, but the food is average. The tacos are good, but nachos are not and the sauce was vinegary. Service is always poor...and I mean every time. This place is run by kids. Never get napkins or plates...just the food dropped in front of us although it's obvious we need plates and silverware with multiple people. Always busy and so tired of hearing the issue with the Pandemic about trouble getting workers. Find good people and give customers a great experience, or don't open a restaurant. This place is noisy, menus are dirty, tables are barely cleaned. Takes forever to get service...even at the bar. The service staff is nice though, but the managers need more involvement out front. I won't go back unless my friends out-vote me.

Food was warmish, and the trio plate all the meat was mixed together somewhat, so could not till what was what. But I am guessing the pork was at the bottom of the pile. It was not really eatable. Service was really slow, to get our drinks, food and refill. Not once did waitress come over until almost done to ask it all was ok. I asked for no gucamole and still got it on my rice. Not worth what was charged

Really good selection of Mexican food in nice downtown Gilbert area. The Mexican good was exceptional good and the tacos and lime rice was also really good .
