Unfair price structure, disappointing sanitary of the tent and the rest of amenities.

点评：I recently stayed in Family Tent 705 and requested to move to same category tent 711 due to problematic unpleasant toilets odour and dirt from the top kept on falling on one of the bed made it unusable.
I have concern on observed notable differences in amenities between tents of the same category, despite both being charged equally at a significant price of IDR 6mio per night. Specifically, tent 711 comes with living room, air purifier and hair dryer that the other doesn't have at all.
Regrettably, it appears that the rest of the amenities and common areas are not kept to the expected standards.
However, hospitality and services by the staff is commendable, especially from Pak Dudung F&B.
Guests are to please pay attention to unfair price structure. Please request detail tent condition and amenities, necessary comparison to make informed decision.
