Best adventure we’ve ever experienced

点评：Very early pick up at 3:30am due to staying in Mactan which was fine as we slept the 3 hour journey to Oslob.
Whale experience was hectic but organised we only waited around 20 minutes for our number to be called. Very busy boats, whales aren’t fenced in however are constantly fed by a fisherman to make them stay near you. Lots of people jumping in at once but still we had chances to get a close look by ourselves. Lovely coffee spot on the way back to the van.
Next drive was around 45 mins to the canyoning which was our highlight of the day. Great start with a gluten free breakfast bar and bottle of water to give us some energy. Sliding down rocks, zip lining across the jungle, cliff jumping, floating through beautiful caves and finishing at the waterfall was amazing.
Our tour guides really made it for us, Chris and his soon to be wife 🤞🏼, they documented the whole excursion on our phone, helped us walk through any difficult rock areas also had tips on how to properly jump from heights so we didn’t hurt ourselves. These 2 are a credit to the company!
Next a lovely lunch before an hour drive to Moalboal for the sardine run. We were extremely tired by this point and the weather had started to turn but we still had d great diver with us who got some great shots on the go pro, saw a few turtles but too many tourists around him.
Then got some snacks for the drive home slept for most of it and arrived back to our hotel by 7:30pm our driver Mark was fantastic, always felt very safe, he had great English and we enjoyed his company. A wonderful day overall would highly recommend.
