Don't expect to get the cabin you reserved or hot water

点评：My husband and I booked our trip as soon as the reservations opened up one year in advance. We chose a twin bed cabin in the center of the boat so we could get the most sleep to be able to enjoy our trip. No other cabins were booked at that time. When we arrived on board we were give a double bed room which means you need to climb over the other person when you want to get in and out of bed. I told them it was not what I booked. All I got was a so sorry. They did not try to rectify the situation or offer us compensation. At that point what can you do but go along. We certainly were not going to go home. Second issue, there was no hot water for showers. I got 1/2 a hot shower one day. My husband never got any. It was a bit of a sore spot among the passengers because no one had more than one hot shower in the 5 days. Other wise, the cruise was amazing. Our guide was super knowledgable although he never tried to learn any one's name.. The food was fine. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of choices. Lots of great activities and the animals were once in a lifetime viewing.
