点评：We were there 2 hours before departure but gates didn't open until 1hr 15 before. It was then that we discovered that you have to collect a physical boarding pass (departure/arrivals card) from upstairs at the terminal - the e-ticket does not suffice. However I believe the Thai arrivals card is going online in May 2025.
There are ATMs and a currency exchange counter at the Kuah terminal, where we got Baht out for the 200/person fee upon arrival at Ko Lipe. There is also an ATM at the Ko Lipe side that you can access before the fee is collected. The transfer boats to shore did not charge. Once there, we collected our passports, handed in arrivals cards, gave fingerprints, paid the national park fee and collected our luggage. Immigration didn't utter a word or ask for proof of onwards travel, just stamped the passports and we were out in under an hour.
