点评：Horrible. We were told that this was the only tour with availability for the visit. When asking if they were sure (because we only had one day and other companies had seats available) the company responded that there was space. I purchased the tickets for my senior parents, ensured they were at the location on time (early actually) only to find out that the location for meeting had changed and nobody told them. They eventually received a call asking them to quickly move to another location, with no help getting from the original location to the new location. The company did not assist with this and my senior parents could not get to the new location in 15 minutes as they were told was needed on the spot. Apparently, the online/phone customer service representative is a different company than the ones that actually administer the cruises and the two were not communicating this change to one another. While they apologized and provided a refund, the experience is completely lost unnecessarily. Would not recommend this company.
