点评：Very rude very unprofessional
Management was yelling at me, hanging up the phone on me calling me disrespectful all because I called and apologized for not being disrespectful but I was being the bigger person. She still hung up on her face. She said she didn’t care about how I felt about the services. she also got on Google and mention DFCS when it comes to my business in my private life, she was very unprofessional replying in the comments on the Google review very very mean lady the card is already reported loss, so I am expecting a new card in the mail. I did leave my card by mistake and they later called me when I left, she told me she was going to hold it and then she told me she said it back to the bank and that was it but she was very rude to me. Disrespectful hanging up on my face almost 4 times.
