Fantastic, Inclusive and Very Friendly Staff

Last Friday myself and 10 Service Users and volunteers and staff visited your event and skated for a 50 minute session.
The experience was excellent from beginning to end, all the staff were lovely and very friendly and kind, especially to our Service Users, many of whom are wheelchair users. Everyone was attentive and very helpful. Our Service Users felt so included and are still buzzing from the experience a week later.
To top it all off the experience was on the house and we were not charged as a token of good will.
As a charity this was massively appreciated and the token of kindness meant so much to us all as a group.
We will definitely be back next year.

The only one little difficulty we had was getting over the lip at the entrance onto the rink. If it would be possible for a little ramp to be available next year that would be amazing.
