点评:I wanted to LOVE this hotel but that didn’t happen. Management was very helpful, but I sense the workers try their best to manage the many issues the hotel has—it’s like they patch things up with a bandaid, but the hotel needs major renovation.
Good: lots of space, helpful workers
Bad:
1. My room smelled moldy and musty. First floor- non executive are— I walk in and my head starts to hurt and my eyes sting. I had to sleep with a mask because they told me management may be able to do something the next morning.
2. Music was on until about 12:30AM
3. Management was kind enough to upgrade my room to an exec suite, but that room’s AC was on at 19c.. terribly cold and after 4 attempts to fix the problem, I had to just live with how cold it was.
4. Kitchen staff- I waited an hour and 1/2 for dinner one night-after many requests
5. My room had black mold around the vent
6. Toilet button didn’t work- had to ask for someone to fix it
7. Bathtub knob fell
Again- most of the staff were kind, but I won’t stay at this hotel again.
