Amazing day out - special and memorable experience - totally recommend!

点评：My husband and I booked a full day out with Jean-Guy - we wanted to see more of Tenerife than just the usual tourist spots, learn more about the history and wildlife and do a spot of bird-watching. We were not disappointed! Jean-Guy is so knowledgeable about both the history and development of the island, and its flora and fauna (particularly the birdlife - some of which is unique not just to the Canary Islands but to Tenerife itself). We visited different areas - amazingly there are so many different micro-climates, not just the obvious sunny south, rainier north and colder volcanic plateau. He also took us to a unique and rustic place for lunch.
And the birds - wow! Jean-Guy loaned us each a good pair of binoculars to use, but supplemented those with his own viewing telescope on tripod (more wow - the close-ups were stunning, plus Jean-Guy's own excitement when we got incredibly lucky to see five (five!!) of one of the more elusive local birds) and he also took photos that he sent on to us afterwards. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable day out. Thank you so much - we will remember this for many years to come.
(P.S. Jean-Guy is also knowledgeable/qualified for astronomical tours too - we didn't do a night-time trip with him as we'd already signed up with another company, but I'm sure anyone booking him for night sky watching wouldn't be disappointed).
