Farmoor Reservoir的点评
点评：What a disappointing experience .
We are a local walking group & decided to walk around Farmoor Reservoir from Cumnor village hall on Thursday 18th July . I was not sure whether the Waterside Cafe catered for groups so left a message on their answering machine the previous Thursday 11th July asking if we could come , giving my name , rough numbers & my 'phone number .
I heard nil so assumed it would be OK .
Then I rang two days before our visit as promised earlier to give full numbers & exact orders & ETA .
When we 14 arrived @ 10.50am the assisitant looked up & loudly proclaimed " We do not take groups without arranging first ! " .
I told her I had rung twice to leave messages & as I had heard nothing assumed it was OK . I felt belittled and insulted by her manner .
When I ordered my full english breakfast she said " What time is it because we stop serving these @ 11am " !!
Thanks Waterside Cafe - we will not darken your doors again .
