No respect for the animals

点评：On Feb 22nd 2025 we were on Serengeti watching a lion peacefully sleeping near some bushes and a tree. Suddenly, a vehicle from Zara Tours approached, cut between us and the lion and started to abruptly move the card forward towards the lion in an attempt to waking him up. The bumper of their car wasn't more than 6 feet from the sleeping lion. Fortunately, the lion didn't bother giving attention to this stupid tour guide and remained still. The guide eventually gave up and went away laughing, as if there was anything funny in what he did.
This is a blatant disrespect for the animal, first of all, and for us and all the other vehicles around. It is unacceptable that a tour guide in a place like Serengeti treats animals this way. They are not to be bothered or threatened by anyone.
There are many other companies who strive to disrupt the least possible the animals. Choose wisely.
