Worth a visit ! A great collection and very interesting
The 1950s Museum, Denbigh的点评
点评：We were staying away on holiday for a few days in a cottage and this was one of the places I had written down as a must-see visit. A brilliant experience from start to finish. A friendly warm reception greeted us on arrival and areas were explained clearly, we even had a couple of chats with the owner Sparrow himself which was very special!
Well worth a visit if in the area. We found it really interesting to read all the articles on the walls. Myself particurlarly as some of the items I remember my parents/grandparents owning and seeing as a kid like the robertson jam jars and rotary phones. Sadly, my Dad passed away just this April and I miss his presence every day. I found the whole experience ( including the music that was playing ) very wholesome and calming and a reminder of what is seen as a simpler time, it made me feel like I had stepped back in time. Seeing an Austin A30 which my parents showed me photos of one they owned was really special to be taken back to their era.
We loved it. Its such a special collection, Thank you to Sparrow and all. We will recommend to family and friends if they are staying nearby.
