Family Tradition Charters的点评
点评：I told my fishing buddy (he and I had been on some great trips with a great charter captain who, unfortunately, retired) about having seen the Family Tradition unload it's catch on a few occasions and recommended we give it a try. So he went and booked us a 6-hr trip one day last month. We show up to the dock, no Family Tradition. Not there. We were walking around the marina at 6:45 AM when some guy comes up and asks if we were looking for the Family Tradition- indeed we are, we told him. He pointed to this other boat he said they owned called the Family Pride- OK, so same family, should be good, right? Wrong. Never been on a worse trip in my life. My friend caught the biggest of the day which was a barely-legal snapper. They were getting excited about Bee-Liners and I knew we were in trouble. Terrible beyond description. The Cap'n would ring the bell for all to drop their lines but would keep backing up the boat which guaranteed the most tangles I've ever seen on a fishing trip (and I've been on many)- i felt bad for the hands, all they did was untangle lines but they didn't have to worry about getting fish off lines. There were no fish, plenty of tangles. A good captain will move if folks aren't catching fish after a few minutes, this guy would just sit on a dry hole for 15-20 minutes before moving to another spot with no fish. Be careful, people, if you really want to fish ask around and go with a knowledgeable captain who wants his customers to catch fish. if you just want a boat ride, you can get one for far less than we paid.
