点评：So have been in Sant Ponsa for around a week now and have been going to this bar as enjoyed the karaoke and the vibes it had later on in the night, but today changed my view, early on it was completely empty and me and my girlfriend thought we would song a song which was extremely awkward but we got through it, we then had to go and check on another family member back at our hotel, upon coming back to here we were greeted with less smiles but it had got more busy and I felt the workers didn’t feel our need to be there anymore and cared a lot less about us, but they did put us on 2 songs rather quickly which I was grateful for, over the time we’ve been here we had spent around €50-€70 here overall, but when we asked to sing again my girlfriend was refused and told rudely that she can’t play again unless she spends more on drinks, even though we had seen other people go up who hadn’t bought anything all night. This made us feel unwelcome and we decided to leave the rest of the night and come back to the hotel. I understand they have to make their money but when a customer has chosen to come here on all the nights out and give their business here, you don’t treat them amazing at the start of the night then when it gets busy and get what they want you treat them as if they are unwelcome. For what I have said I did enjoy the nights that went well and was a good atmosphere.
