点评：I recently had a very disappointing experience with Mick's Transfer's also known as Mick's Fiji Tours & Transfers in Fiji. I had prepaid for a return trip to the international airport for four people, but the company failed to show up for the return leg, despite confirming the day prior. We called, our hotel called, we WhatsApp'd, we emailed to the confirmation email, no response, we finally got through on chat on their website, who stated that they would look for alternative transport (way too late by this time, as they were already ½ hour late and we had to make our international flight), we requested a refund and they advised that our driver could take us past their office on the way and pick it up (seriously, despite paying in advance by credit card). This caused significant stress and inconvenience as we scrambled to make alternative arrangements. While they refunded me, they withheld 10% as a "booking fee"—an unjust charge given that they did not provide the basic service of what their name outlines "Mick's transfers".
The initial trip to the airport was also far from satisfactory. Although the driver was safe, the vehicle was in shockingly poor condition—dirty and unkempt inside. As the person who booked this service, I felt embarrassed to have subjected my group to such substandard conditions.
Mick's Transfer claims to offer reliable, high-quality service, but my experience was far from what they advertise. I cannot recommend this company and urge others to think twice before booking with them if you want a reliable service.
