Hyndburn Leisure Centre的点评
点评：I've been coming for years as it's the only local swimming pool to me, however the past few years I've become ever increasingly dissatisfied with things. The main issue is how cold the showers are. Whenever you use the showers after going swimming they are always cold and never warm or even lukewarm. When you bring this to the staff's attention you get the same story about how their "new" system they've got in place is to blame. It's clear they've turned the temperature down on all the showers to save on money. It's not acceptable to have to get out of the pool to have a cold shower, especially when suffering with numerous health conditions that are worsened by being in cold environments etc..
There is also a pool that is totally empty at Mercer Hall Leisure Centre and has been for years, meaning you have to travel all the way to Hyndburn Leisure Centre if you want to go swimming, and you still get expected to pay nearly £30 a month.
They've also recently increased their monthly memberships without even informing us. No email or anything!!.
The management and customer care is diabolical and if I had any other options I wouldn't be using their services.
