Their response? “Nothing can be done.” That’s simply not true—the owner has the power to cancel a PCN at any stage, yet they chose not to. I emailed them again early Feb and they completely ignored, I know they’ve been active because they posted on instagram just days later.
Their lack of customer service and refusal to engage is shocking. Instead of helping guests, they seem more interested in squeezing every penny out of them—through fines and legal threats.
If this is how they treat paying customers, I strongly suggest you avoid this place. A fun day out is not worth the hassle of dealing with a company that would rather take you to court than respond to an email!
