点评：Jhargram Palace Heritage hotel is a hoax in the name of luxurious stay in regal surroundings. From the moment of booking a rather expensive executive double room to our departure from the premises our experience has been nightmarish. We were not told beforehand that the entire money for the stay is taken the moment anyone checks in (unheard in other luxury hotels) and that the hotel lacks wifi, debit/credit card payment facilities, intercom, an attached bathroom with modern amenities, normal water supply, a forum for complaints and the possibility of solving problems. The entire estate reeks of neglect, musty surroundings, damp rooms badly painted with uneven wall surfaces, wet bathrooms with slippery floors. The management is callous and indifferent and the owners are invisible profit makers pretending to be royal. I would advise all tourists to avoid the place like the plague.
