点评:When I first got to the Nature Center, I did not realize the parking lot was closed. I had to park along the street, no big deal as I got there early and there was plenty of space. As a first-time visitor, I did not know where to enter the park, a little more signage to get to the Nature Center and/or trails would've helped. Because I was early, the Nature Center itself was still closed, so I was unable to grab a map of the trails. I decided to wing it and travel on the first path I came to - Roadrunner Ridge. It was a narrow path, but an easy to moderate hike up to the top of the canyon for great views below. I wasn't sure if it was a loop or not, so when I reached the reservoir, I decided to go back down and take another path on the way back. This one led me to a stream. It was beautiful down there. Very jungle-like, shaded and cool. This path took me back to the bird observation area where I literally could've spent the rest of my day. There were so many different birds flying around, enjoying the feeders. The only thing missing was a bench to sit and rest and birdwatch. I made it back to the Nature Center which was small but educational, and the employees were very nice and friendly. I would definitely come back for a nice walk.
