点评：We visited Element primarily to sample their spirits. This is a distillery as well as a brewery. You have the option of enjoying a cocktail or beer or a flight. My husband and I shared a flight of 6 spirits, served in test tubes. They included vodka, absinthe, hop gin and rye. Overall, we felt the quality was good. The absinthe tasted like licorice. They also make bitters and vinegars. A small food menu is available. There are several rooms for seating, as well as a pool rooms in the rear of the building and patio in front. There is adequate street parking and a small lot in the rear. The building is handicap accessible. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. The prices for purchase of bottles is a tad higher than average. They offer about a dozen beers, which seemed geared towards a knowledgable drinker.
