Cash Grab - Absolutely appalling

点评：I am absolutely appalled by my experience with Smart Parking Ltd. I paid for parking in their car park, did not park illegally, and yet, because I went over by just 15 minutes, I am being charged a ridiculous £60 fine. Instead of providing a reasonable option to simply pay the difference, they have chosen to penalise drivers with an extortionate fee.
This is nothing short of a cash grab, and they should be ashamed. The system is clearly designed to exploit minor overstays rather than offer fair and transparent pricing. I will never use this car park again, and frankly, it seems like it would have been cheaper to park on double yellow lines and take the risk of a council fine!
If you’re considering using this car park, don’t—find somewhere else where customer fairness actually matters.
