Very poor show - avoid !

点评：Arrived 1 hour prior to our trip excited as a party of 7 with very excited kids ! Had a coffee and sat in the restaurant awaiting our trip !
No communication till 10 mins after our trip time to be told by two young ladies that horses were sick and no trip ??
No prior communication , we were also booked into the restaurant that night so had to hang around for 2/3 hours on the beach.
No mention of our disaster trip in the restaurant.
Was told the manager would be in touch, heard nothing. Chased and was greeted by a fairly poor response. Tried to rearrange for 3 days after but horses were still sick.
Considering this was the highlight for 2 of the kids who had been very looking forward to this it’s a real poor show.
Was told refund would take 30 days ??
Only issue to compound this was following the instagram account where for the next days hov farm were posting group trips ??
Not sure if they have a manager there , I’m sure all works well if horses are well but if something wrong then good luck .
