Amazing freediving instruction from Lukas

点评：If you're serious about learning freediving, Lukas is one of the best instructors, as he used to work in competitive spaces in freediving and as a safety freediver for competitions. The guy lives and breathes freediving, and this is who you want to take a course from.
Lukas helps you conquer the physical and psychological challenges of freediving, and was also kind enough to bring his nice camera to take photos of students, which I've never had an instructor do before in any diving courses. He also takes the time to edit and share the photos, which is such a kind courtesy that takes a lot of effort.
Lukas is also very honest about the conditions, and will tell you if it's not a good time to freedive. I appreciate the honesty and integrity, and can't recommend a better teacher for freediving on the island.
