Disappointing experience

点评：After reading so many wonderful reviews about the service I decided to get a gift pass worth $150 to take my friend for her birthday as she loves wine and I thought it would be a fun experience.
However the service was very disappointing and not at all what was expected . I showed them the package I purchased that included few things but I kept having to remind them that we are still waiting on them. For the other item in included. They made me feel like I was begging for things or as if they were giving me things for free because this was paid for upfront. They did not even ask if we were ok or needed anything. We finally waved them down to ask for some water as they never offered a d they brought a bottle of water with no water glasses so we had to use our dirty wine glasses that were still at the table. And they kept reminding us that there’s a retail store where we can purchase stuff.
The experience left us feeling terrible and unwelcome as if there were giving us charity for something we paid for upfront and that was more expensive if we had paid when we got there.
I felt terrible as I brought my friend there for her birthday. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be returning!
As for the one the Chardonnay was pretty good but the red wines not so much.
All in all I won’t return or recommend this place to any of my family or friends.
