点评:Disappointing tour guide but great aftercare from customer services.
Significant refund given after excellent customer service from the agent.
Prompt pick up by guide and driver.
After 2 hours in the car with the tour ‘guide’ and driver speaking between themselves and very little interaction with us we arrived at a gathering place. The guide said ‘that way walk and that way walk’, then pointed at two different staircases. He said 45 minutes each then we eat lunch. The first steps took us 15 minutes, the second steps took 40 minutes. We were then taken to some church ruins and had less than a minute of ‘information’ to say it’s there because of the french and then asked us if we were religious. When we asked if there was anymore to the trip or if he had any other information he said no. At which point he said ‘we go eat’ but when we said we werent hungry yet he responded saying ‘whatever, you want to go home’.
The car ride home was extremely awkward and the guide was even swiping through tinder at one point. On the way back to our hotel the guide said ‘this is close to my home so i am getting out now and the driver will take you the rest of the way’, this left us with a driver that spoke no english. The driver also took a wrong turn, at which point we opted to get out and walk the rest of the way to our hotel.
We could have booked a taxi for a lot less money and had the same/better experience.
We complained to via tripadvisor and after discussing with the agent and them speaking with the tour guide they agreed to a partial refund. With polite and swift communication I cannot fault the agent.

我们本可以花更少的钱订一辆出租车,获得相同/更好的体验。
我们通过 TripAdvisor 投诉,在与代理人讨论并与导游交谈后,他们同意部分退款。凭借礼貌和迅速的沟通,我挑不出代理人的毛病。
