Rude, unkind, uncaring, dirty. Terrible!

点评：If you're considering a horse ride with this company, proceed at your own risk—they do not care about you or the animals they use. Furthermore, they leave the beach in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. Here's a simple but telling incident: around 7:20 PM, three teenage girls, aged 16-18, were stranded in the parking area after their horse ride. There were 7-8 men working for the company who could have easily helped the girls with a simple push. My wife and I noticed the situation and decided to stop and assist because it was getting dark. When I asked the men for help, they ignored the request and followed orders from a female supervisor who said, "If you're one of my drivers, get in the truck, let's go."
And they left the kids stuff, after taking their $120 for the horse ride.
It's shocking that they would leave their customers stranded on the beach at dusk when a small act of kindness could have made all the difference. After the company left, we managed to help the girls ourselves. This experience revealed the company’s true nature: rude, inconsiderate, and completely unkind.
