The Pub的点评
点评：A pub I always look forward to visiting on any trip to Lancaster I take is The Pub ,been here before on previous trips to Lancaster, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit.
A great looking pub ,interior is superb, exposed brickwork, pubby decor and furnishings, a solid wood serving bar dominates the main room and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub, its just a really good pub to unwind in.
We were here on a bitterly cold March afternoon, pub was busy with a great atmosphere, we ordered pale ale's, these were served in pristine condition, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular pub while we sipped our pale ale's.
My pale ale was really good, a crisp, golden pale ale, hints of toffee, a delicious aroma and aftertaste with a smooth finish, a classic British pale ale served in a classic British pub, it was just so good being in such a lovely pub enjoying a quality brew and sat with my twin brother, best beer companion in the world.
We both really enjoyed our pale ale's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to The Pub we had a great time.
The Pub is easy to locate along China Street.
Opening hours are;
Monday to Thursday, open from 3pm.
Friday ,open from 1pm.
Saturday, open from midday.
Sunday, open from 2pm.
Well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a trip to Lancaster.
