点评:We scheduled and paid for the treatments the day prior and were told to arrive 15 minutes prior to the 9:00 appointment time. We arrived at 8:40 and were told that staff wasn't ready for us yet and to have a seat in the dining area. At 9:15 the man from the front desk (the same one who told us to be seated and wait) came to our table to inform us that he forgot to tell us to go down to the massage treatment building as staff had been waiting for us. After 60 minutes of my 75 minute message the MT told me that the session was over. I thought there must have been a misunderstanding but it didn't seem appropriate to mention it to her. I stopped by the front desk on the way out of the property and told the man at the front desk (same one) that my 75 minute massage lasted for just 60 minutes to which he replied that the time also included wait time and changing time.... I reminded him that we sat for over 30 minutes waiting to be called down for our treatments, and he just looked at me like, oh well, too bad. He wasn't even capable of offering an apology. The massage was first class but the customer service was third rate.
