点评：I can’t say enough good things about this distillery tour! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming, and our tour guide made the whole experience both fun and informative. They had the perfect mix of knowledge and humor, making the whole process of crafting vodka, rum, and gin feel way more exciting than I expected.
It was fascinating to see how each spirit is made, from the raw ingredients to the final distillation. The gin portion was a standout for me—I had no idea how much thought goes into the botanicals that create its flavor. Our guide had some great stories and insider tips that kept us laughing and engaged the whole time.
And, of course, the tasting at the end was the cherry on top. Each spirit was smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with a lot of skill. Whether you’re a spirits nerd or just looking for a fun outing, this tour is 100% worth it. I’d go again in a heartbeat!
Just to note, we also did the Ocean Vodka tour. This one was hands on and much more fun. You get to smell the pineapple fermentation and learn about the distilling process at Haliimaile.
