点评：I completed my 200 hours yoga teacher training form this academy in 2025 Jan - Feb.
It was transformative experience . The program was well structured , belonging theoretical knowledge with sufficient practical application . In the perfect guideline of GURUJI [Dr Gautam] we completed the practical and philosophical aspects of yoga.The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate , creating a supportive environment that encouraged personal growth and exploration of different yoga styles.
Emphasis on yoga philosophy , anatomy and teaching methodologies deepened understanding of the practice . That empowered and emphasis on hands-on teaching practice .
Overall , this training has not equipped me with the skills to teach yoga confidentiality but has also enriched my personal practice .
It was a mix of fun-learn-gain-share and achievements .
