BEST NIGHT OUT IN A LONG TIME.....

点评：Wow..... what can I say!!
We visited the cheese, gin and ale bar on Saturday evening for our monthly girlie night out and I can honestly say it was one of the best nights out we've ever had and believe me, there have been many over the years. Struggling to find something different in the Lichfield area and not finding much other than yet another meal out we decided to do their gin tasting evening. It was exactly what we'd been looking for and the hosts certainly did not disappoint. We were all made to feel incredibly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived to find our table beautifully laid with the gins poured on their individual information cards underneath to explain the type of gin and the ingredients in it. We spent the evening trying various different gins with all ways of changing the flavours to make it something a bit more special. Whilst doing this we had everything explained to us, from the history of gin to the making of it today. We were also offered Charcuterie boards for something to nibble on whilst we drank (and possibly to soak up some of the gin), we were expecting one between two but had one each, the food was to a very high standard (all provided by a local farm shop) and prepared there and then whilst we were enjoying our gins so it was all completely fresh.
I could not recommend this as a great night out highly enough. If you are looking for a fantastic evening with amazing hosts and service, a really good laugh and unbelievable value for money then this is the night for you.
I have no doubt that they will make a huge success of their business and these nights will become incredibly popular when news spreads.
The girls and I already want to return so are planning our next trip. I'll be in touch this week to book..... If they'll have us!!!

我强烈推荐这个美好的夜晚。如果您想度过一个美好的夜晚，享受出色的主人和服务、开怀大笑，以及物超所值，那么今晚就是您的最佳选择。
我毫不怀疑他们的生意会取得巨大的成功，而且消息传开后，这样的夜晚会变得非常受欢迎。
