点评：Needed a new snorkeling mask & possibly a snorkel as well. Went there 3 days ago, explained my needs & bought an individual mask & a separate snorkel (individually sealed in a bag, so I could return it if I didn't need it). The snorkel I already had worked fine (and I preferred the type it was over what he sold me since he didn't have exactly what I wanted). It was a great experience at that point. Went to take the unused snorkel back (still sealed in its original bag) this morning & was told they have a "no returns whatsoever" policy, so they wouldn't take it! This was never mentioned during the purchase, and they had no signage to that effect. Given that it was obviously unused & the salesman knew that I wasn't sure if I needed it, but sold it to me anyway without a mention of their return policy, I felt like it was basically "bait & switch"...very unethical!!

After a response directly from the owner with a sincere apology along with accepting responsibility for what and how the failure in customer service happened, an explanation that a novice staff member handled my return request differently than the owner had wished, and the offer of a full refund for the snorkel! I've been extremely impressed with the genuineness of their response, the level of exceptional customer service I've seen, and the willingness and follow-through to immediately give me a full refund for the item in question. Thus, I've changed my review without any hesitation to a five star review!
