点评：I had a very unsettling experience at the AMC Theater in Rockaway, New Jersey. The women’s restroom is in dire need of attention — there’s visible mold in the sinks and surrounding areas, and it’s clear that simple cleaning won’t resolve the issue. Having spokien with a manager, it seems theat there is a policy that prevents them from addressing the problem directly, which is both frustrating and concerning. He explained to me that he is not permitted to enter the ladies room.
To make matters worse, there’s a sign posted in the restroom about how much people "appreciate a clean restroom," which felt particularly ironic given the filthy condition of the sink area. What a joke! It’s really disappointing to see such a lack of care for something as basic as restroom cleanliness.
I expect better from businesses, especially when paying for an experience. AMC needs to prioritize maintenance and address these serious hygiene issues — it’s not just about aesthetics, it’s about customer health and safety.
