雅典卫城博物馆的点评
点评：The museum is large, modern with good air conditioning.
We visited with a tour guide which really helped to bring the artefacts to life by providing context. We visited the Acropolis first, for is this worked well as we visited before the crowds got terrible (it was still busy) and we were able to relate to what we had seen.
Restaurant
Absolutely yummy hot chocolate!
Also the chocolate cake is so nice, moist and chocolatey. Not cheap but worth it. Staff are friendly. Views of the Acropolis from the restaurant terrace.
Note -
Restaurant can be visited without visiting the museum, so don’t be surprised if you’re asked for your museum ticket again. A restaurant only ticket can be obtained at the ticket office.
Tip!
Don’t miss the videos on the top floor, the video is on a continuous loop with an English version every other one. Probably a good idea to watch this first. Lasts about 10 mins, which is also a nice break.
