Poor party welcome and technical problems
Escape Manor - Queen Street的点评
点评：We went to the Elgin location to celebrate a 40th birthday. The first guest of the party who arrived was welcomed by a different host and asked to wait in different section.
We then waited 5 more minutes in the lobby. When it was time to begin, we were rushed to our cell with 3 minutes already gone on the clock. When asked why, we were then told that we were the ones who were late. The clock was restarted, which was appreciated.
The escape included listening for a code through a speaker in the wall to unlock the last clue. It was extremely difficult to hear. With about 2 minutes left on the clock, a staff indicated on the walkie talkie that the speaker volume was off. We were clearly unable to complete the escape because of the technical problem.
When the time was up, we were asked to leave the room quickly so they could set up for the next group. We had no time to take pictures.
I would have rated Escape Manor 4/10 but in the end, will rate 6/10 because the server for our drinks and dinner was really lovely and saved the night.
