First class customer service, great savings and supporting small businesses

点评：ADAIRS, BENDON, GIVONI - all fantastic
We just visited Brand Smart Nunawading and was saddened to see so many empty shops and many closing down, yes a sign of the times and the fact that people are using online shopping.
However, the shops there are excellent and we are determined to spend our hard earned cash (yes cash not cards!!!) supporting small businesses and their hardworking owners and staff.
We shopped at Adairs and received first class customer service, wonderful bargains and the staff were totally professional, happy to spend time discussing products and definitely made us feel welcome and valued.
We arrived as most shops were closing so only got to purchase items at Adairs, Bendon, Givoni and then enjoy a hot chocolate and two yummy cakes and again the staff at each small business delivered first class customer service, were extremely friendly and helpful and we purchased lots of items with fantastic discounts.
The only reason this shopping precinct is looking sad is because it needs lots and lots of people spending and saving money and that solution is in our hands.
As far as needing some TLC and facelift that is the responsibility of the owners of this property and they should be addressing that issue and supporting these small businesses. If a problem with the toilets, please contact centre management and report the issue as the only way to have these issues fixed is to report it directly to those responsible.
In today's world where big businesses are monopolising the marketplace it is vital we all support our small businesses. They employ the majority of Australians and believe me the stores in Brand Smart Nunawading definitely offer great bargains and first class customer service. Without us spending our money with these small businesses they too will disappear and then as we have seen with Woolworths, Coles etc they use their immense power to do as they like and, just like the banks, they always put profits before people.
Visit Brand Smart and call in and say hello to the staff at Adairs, Bendon and Givoni and then shout yourself a coffee and cake and best of all save $$$$$$ and keep all those small businesses operating and their owners and staff employed.
Power to the people and peace to the world.
