点评:We had the pleasure of visiting Nduja San Donato in Spilinga, the true heart of this unique Calabrian specialty. The factory may be a little hard to find and doesn’t look obviously open from the outside—but don’t let that stop you. They’re usually open and absolutely worth the effort!
Rocco gave us a wonderful tour, showing us how they cure their sausages and salamis, with different processes depending on size and quality. His passion and friendliness made the visit unforgettable, and everyone we met at the factory was welcoming and kind.
We bought plenty of freshly made N’duja and other delicious products at a very fair price. The quality is outstanding—truly the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area!
