Repeatedly faulty IMAX 3D?????

点评：My husband + I love to watch 3D films in the cinema.
A few weeks ago we booked to watch Captain America in the IMAX 3D. The film started but only in 2D so my husband + another customer went downstairs to complain. The film was restarted 5 times but was always in 2D. Eventually the Manager stopped the film, offered refunds + free tickets.
The free tickets do not allow booking via website or telephone and, as we live 30mile miles away, we have to take our chances on availability to use the tickets.
Yesterday we went to see Thunderbolts....in IMAX 3D....and guess what.....same again! So my husband complained again. Staff said it would continue in 2D + we would get refunds after the film so, we stayed + watched the film.
When we asked about refunds, we were offered money back for the 3D glasses but, because we take our own glasses, we weren't eligible for a refund. We asked for the Manager who DID give us a refund + free tickets again.
Also, there appears to be a fault on the IMAX screen - a permanent shadow in the middle of the screen - the Manager agreed to sit in on the next viewing to see for himself. Hope issues are fixed but we've decided not to return + will go to Broughton Cineworld instead - never had any issues there.
