Ebor Falls的点评
点评：WOW and double WOW!!! What a pretty, well-set up hidden gem - $5.5M upgrade was well worth spent after the extensive bushfire that took place back in 2019-2020, the repair works was worth the wait (there's a plaque on a rock in the picnic area stating that it officially opened in May 2024). Ebor Falls was one of many waterfalls listed for us to see. After visiting Gara Gorge and Wollomombi Falls, this fall was the best… in my opinion. It is a tiered waterfall on the Guy Fawkes River, the easiest walk by far to see the magnificent falls and has a 360m loop walk, that takes you from the carpark to a cantilevered lookout – a great spot that offers spectacular waterfall views and scenic lookout and if that’s not enough, there are numerous vantage points to view the waterfall. The falls and the vistas across the mountains are spectacular and along our walks, we were fortunate to see ‘Everlasting Daisies’ and a plethora of butterflies along the walking path. There’s no need to be well prepared for this walk, it’s a stroll and you can easily wear thongs / sandals – seriously, even toddlers and elderly can do the walk. Absolutely user friendly for those with prams, pushers or wheelchairs. Everyone can enjoy the views. Definitely well worth a visit and a beautiful place to have a picnic. Entry is free with lots of free parking, picnic facilities and amenities.
