Unsafe and disappointing experience!
Sea Fiji Reefs的点评
点评：We were left in the middle of the sea, without a guide, throughout the entire snorkelling trip. The guide who was assigned to us left us within ten minutes of us getting into the water, and swam off to the other group on the trip who already had a guide to themselves. He left without saying anything to us, and remained with the other group for the entire time. This was a very serious safety issue, as we didn't have a guide to support us if we got into any trouble in the water or even to show us where would be the good spots to snorkel. When we got to the island, a lady named Christine clearly said that our group would have our own guide. But, he chose to abandaon us and left us in the middle of the sea by ourselves.
The glass bottom boat experience was also disappointing, as the route the captain took did not have a single fish that could be seen. He should have taken us to the spot where the other group had gone snorkelling, as they saw several fish in that spot.
When we gave this feedback to Cindy from Sea Reefs Fiji, via our hotel, she didn't even bother to contact us and, at the least, apologise for us being abandoned without a guide in the water and for putting our lives at risk. She made the excuse of having a family emergency, which apparently meant she could not even spare five minutes over a span of one week for a quick call. That care-a-damm attitude and lack of customer focus ruined the snorkelling tour for us and hence I would caution anyone considering this company for a tour.
