Poor level of care of the property . Some fresh eyes and a paint and sweeping brush would make a big difference

点评：This has the potential to be a fabulous place . The surroundings are amazing , the facilities are great . Staff seem very nice , but could be so much better with a bit of upskilling . Cleanliness and attention to detail is poor.
We are here on the hottest day of the year , outside area has the potential to be lovely , but it’s tired and scruffy . It would take an hour to make it fabulous .
Flower beds over grown , dirty tables , shabby woodwork , dirt on the floor . Cobwebs in relaxation room by the door. Algae all over side of tented area , detracts from its potential loveliness .
The area round the lake could be fabulous , but needs some tlc .
Lunch was lovely , fresh and crisp salad , but had to ask for the basics . Salt and pepper , olive oil , all should be there .
The products used should be a professional range , lifting the treatments to a better level .
This place could be absolutely amazing , but falls short because of simple things that are so easily rectified .
