点评：I have to give my massage experience with Summer a solid 5 stars!!
She was really sweet, wholly capable and professional. She obviously enjoys her role, where she works and her Elemis product knowledge was impressive. Thank you Summer!!
The amenities are good and environment beautiful. Very clean and a kinda moody vibe - loved it.
The reason I’ve given 4 stars overall is due to the signing in process. It’s not straightforward and then asks you to go upstairs - where? Which stairs?
Adding to that, one of the women in the spa reception was frosty and offish. Not sure why, but my partner said it looked as though training was taking place and we may have disturbed them by asking where the stairs were.
There is zero welcome when you walk in, nor goodbye when you leave.
Anyway I’d still recommend the massage.
