My granddaughter went with me to Beauty Essentials Jan. 5th to return the products in unopened and original condition. A refund was requested from the salesperson & was refused. A meeting with the store manager was requested & we waited for him to be available. After an hour, we were told that he would not be in today. We were not offered an alternate meeting time & date. The products were left on the counter in their original packaging. We contacted the mall manager. She contacted the store owner. After hearing the circumstances, the store owner offered a 40% refund. This is unacceptable. All the products have been returned, all the services have been declined, I have nothing from the company, & they have $10,000 of my dollars. The offer to make a partial refund is an acknowledgment of wrongdoing, but not an acceptable remediation. WE ARE STILL SEEKING A FULL REFUND. There are multiple social media reports of deceptive and aggressive sales practices by BEAUTY ESSENTIALS, BUYER BEWARE!
