I ordered two pillows on 2-6, but had not received any notice by the middle of the following week as to whether they had been shipped, so I called in hopes of getting some answers. I was told they would look into it and let me know, but I did not hear anything over the weekend so I called customer service this Monday morning, and once again I was told they would look into it and let me know. Well, I got tired of waiting and called again a few minutes ago and I was told (once again) that they would look into it, but I decided that enough was enough. I canceled the order. I used Afterpay to pay and one payment has already been made. Now I have to deal with Afterpay to get my money back and stop future payments. It's a mess! All because of POOR COMMUNICATION between customer service and their distribution center. Whoever is in charge of things there needs to look into this so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
