The Sandringham Estate的点评
点评：The Estate is beautiful,
The house outstanding
But….
Price outrageously expensive, £27 for an adult
And then there’s the parking £9 basic parking!
The list -
Staff - friendly but so few of them that there is the inevitable long queues and waiting times all round the estate and shops.
Prices - Restaurant, very expensive and at 1.30 a queue to be seated, gave up after 30 minutes and then to discover a further waiting time of 50 minutes for food, in a half empty restaurant.
The excuse (seems to be the norm everywhere) lack of staff. This when it’s Easter break and you know what is coming!
Stable block cafe - very good, brilliant young lady on the counter, fast efficient and friendly. Also the youngest member of staff in the whole estate it seems
House - outstanding
Grounds - outstanding
Church - outstanding
Parking - expensive
I have been and done Sandringham and I won’t come back as really disappointed by how expensive it was,
