点评:I had two speedboat tickets from Male Airport to Maafushi that I couldn't use originally due to a personal emergency—my husband's grandfather passed away on the day we were supposed to travel for our honeymoon. When I first contacted Icom in November 2024, they assured me that I could use the tickets later. However, that was not the case.
We rebooked our trip for February this year and Icom refused to honor the tickets. The customer service was also shockingly rude. The lady I spoke with told me they would not issue a refund (though I wasn’t asking for a refund—I simply wanted to get on to a speedboat that would already be running anyway and I had paid for previously 🤷🏼♀️). When I mentioned that all the other companies I had booked with, including the hotel, were understanding and allowed us to reschedule, she ignored me entirely, rolling her eyes and facing another direction.
It’s clear that customer service and empathy are not priorities for this company. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If they are like this with a speedboat share-ride imagine with their tours where there are natural risks involved.
