Fresh but rotten orange juice.

点评：Dear all.
I and all the employees at our company really like the fresh orange juice that is squeezed by the machine and put in the bottle. Many times we go there just for this juice.
However, it has been more than the twelfth time that when we go to buy the juice, there is a rotten orange in the juice. In the case of orange juice, just one rotten one is enough to make the whole juice undrinkable.
We have already spoken to the manager and he said that if it ever happens again, all we need to do is take the juice there and he will replace it. However, wouldn't it be much better and smarter if instead of the person who makes the juice, when pouring the oranges, they simply didn't check to see if there are any rotten oranges? Do I have to go home to find out? Wouldn't it be more prudent for the employee to be more attentive and competent? This is not in line with the proposal of your company. Drinking fresh, rotten juice. The idea is good, the machine works.
We are not complaining so that there won't be more of it. We just wish we didn't drink rotten orange juice.
It's very common here in the US for us to talk through any channel and for no one to do anything. Would it be possible to do something this time? After all, it's been 12 (twelve) times!!!
