Gala-Gala Underground House的点评
点评：When we first got there, we were unsure to go in. First time going to the Gala Gala house there wasn’t anybody there to let us go in (because it was sketchy and seemed like we’re in a horror movie) but I’m glad we came back and there was a guy there (who’s father chiselled the gala gala house) and got us to read the sign and paid 200,000 rupiah per person to go underground ($15 CAD per person) which is worth it!
Heads up that you have to crouch down and might hit your head is your reallllly tall. There are 7 entrances so if you do get lost you’re bound to find an exit. The entrances/ exits are veryyyy steep and when we went it just rained so it was slippery. The older population probably can not enter or experiences this but you can check it up above ground and look down and still take pictures.
The whole experience was fun and really cool. It’s crazy that the guy’s father took 15 years to build the underground house.
The 200,000 rupiah is worth it, and it will go towards someone’s family instead of a big company.
What else more can I say than this definitely a conversation starter between my boyfriend and I. We keep talking about it over and over!
