She taught both of us in a single session, cleverly dividing the ingredients and preparation into steps to ensure we both stayed engaged. During the meal, she also prepared a delightful yet simple dessert using sweet, locally grown strawberries and condensed milk. To top it off, Yurico acted as a gracious local guide, recommending few things in Kanazawa that we visited.
